Looking for solid ASP.NET web developer

I am looking for someone to build an ASP.NET web site. Open to paying straight out, but prefer a JV / revenue sharing arrangement. This will have a database back end to it, from which I will provide schema, procs, etc from which to populate a couple of grids. This should be a pretty straightforward site. I'm technical but not much of a web developer. I would guess that the site will have about 20 pages, of which about five will be non-static and have some server side code in them.
