I'm looking for a partner for a very profitable CPA joint venture. The project is 80% complete, and my goal is to have it launched by the first of the year. My resources have been used to get it to this stage, so I dont need money to move it forward. I need a partner with the right skill set.

This is a 5 figure per month project...my ideal partner would have the following credentials:

1 Programming knowledge of databases and familiar with joomla environment

2 Already a proven success in cpa as a publisher...what I mean here is that you are CURRENTLY earning 20k+ PER MONTH in cpa...do not contact me unless you meet that requirement

3 Understands and is completely comfortable using blackhat methods. This business will rely on keeping the networks in the dark completely as to the conversion sources, and also utilizing junk traffic to water down conversions...it's very blackhat
