I signed up today mainly to take a look at the download section.

I'm not a noob but not an expert in IM either. I've read a lot of ebooks, joined some membership sites and bought some courses.

I've learned a lot of stuff here by spending a couple of hours reading threads. I intend to give back to this community soon.
