I have a question, what can I do to make money with these guys that are willing to do anything just to have my game beta key?

They are like 4000 (Estimated)

Make them all complete a high paying CPA offer. If they are so desperate to get your beta key they'll probably be willing to fill in their emails and other contact details for it
that way they don't have to pay out of their own wallet, but you can bank nonetheless.

there are so many threads here dealing with how to monetize stuff like this btw
