Hey Guys,

My name is Nissim, I'm the Community Manager at Payoneer.

There has been some talk on these forums regarding Payoneer and the services we offer, and I just wanted to introduce myself and let you all know that we're here and eager to receive any feedback or comments you may have.

We've been working on many great new services and projects lately, the most recently announced being our card to card service (which is free until July 31) so we'd love to answer any questions or hear your feedback on that.

I actually am thinking about buying a link service through someone who uses payoneer. I noticed the Fee is a bit high being 7 dollars since the service i am ordering is 30 dollars. How secure is this service? If the provider ends up scamming me what are the odds of getting money back etc?


Oh wait I answered my first question, i didn't adjust the paymetn down to 30 dollars, now the fee is much more reasonable

It has taken up to three months, yet my payoneer card isn't approved, although i applied through infolinks. What's wrong?

@Nauthiz666: I believe you are referring to private loads, and yes it's 3.75% per payment. Payoneer does not provide dispute resolution for private loads, so if there is an issue with service not rendered you will need to settle it with the seller.

@wisdomkid: It's possible the card may have been delayed in your local postal system - it should take only 15-25 business days for the card to arrive internationally. If you'd like to PM me with the e-mail on your account, I'd be happy to check the account for you.

Here is my question

As payoneer cards are not yet supported in India ? Is there anyway i can make use of payoneer ? ( im indian ofcourse)

Your international support is complete crap. I waited a month for the card to arrive and it never did, Had to pay 60$ bucks for it to be shipped by DHL and it still didn't arrive, I had to call DHL only to find out you are not even smart enough to copypaste my address, I gave my full address and you only copied one word (that's right, a single word) of it, out of a full address , just one word.

How can you trust a company that can't even copypaste an address.

That's my 2 cents


EDIT: Pretty much took 100$ from me, 60 for shipping because of their stupidity and 35 to activate the card. I suggest you guys just work directly with other means of payment if you don't want to lose % of your earnings

I'm quite happy with them. I'm am international member and got my card 10 days before the date the estimated I would get it. No fees at all. Nothing but helpful so far.

Due to RBI regulations, we still cannot issue cards to Indian residents (though the Payoneer card does work in India). We have a local bank transfer service with participating partners, that allows you to get paid directly to your Indian bank account. If you let me know which partner companies you want to get paid from, I can confirm if it's available.

@Delox: Please PM me with the e-mail on your Payoneer account, I'd like to check and see what went wrong. We have no control over standard shipping, and the DHL fee is taken by DHL, not Payoneer. The address is taken directly from the card application, however if for some reason there was a mix up I will be sure to refund you. I look forward to hearing from you.

If you have a Payoneer card you can apply for our US Payment Service, which provides you with the details necessary to receive US ACH/Direct Deposit transfers to your card. You can use this service to receive US transfers from select companies, including PayPal (as long as they allow you to withdraw to a US bank).

I've been using Payoneer for almost a year... Talia told me transferring from card to bank was possible but I can't remember how to do that.

You can access your Payoneer card balance by using the card to make purchases online, in stores or at ATMs worldwide that accept MasterCard. We currently only support US card to bank transfers, however international card to bank transfers are something we are looking in to implementing for the future.

PayPal does allow verifying an account with a debit card, and the Payoner card is a debit MasterCard card. You can also apply for our US Payment Service to withdraw funds from PayPal to Payoneer via US bank transfer. Unfortunately, you would be required to have an active PayPal account in order for this to work.

There is no limit to the amount that you can receive from any of our partner programs (the affiliate network).

Private loading is an additional optional service for Payoneer cardholders, where anyone can load funds to your account via Visa/MasterCard.

Payoneer provides you with a US account/routing number linked to your card, which can be used to receive funds (not send funds). Payments received are then automatically loaded to the Payoneer card.

You will only be able to receive payments from the companies listed, however if there is any company or affiliate network not on the list that you would like to receive payments from we can always consider adding them. Just PM me the details, or e-mail me at nissimal@payoneer.com.

It would depend on the program you applied from, as pricing and fees may vary (depending on the partner set up). If you PM me the e-mail on your account, I'd be happy to check.

Note: Payoneer does not charge any fees until you receive a payment. So the activation charge (which is one-time per account) would be deducted from future payments only.

so i will only be able to get payment from US residents only???
they can use there visa or master cards??
