Q: Where are your servers located?
A: We keep our servers in datacenters in the Lithuania, Germany and Latvia. By default new accounts are placed on one of our servers in Lithuania. Please ask if you would like your account to be in a particular country.

Q: Can I host a porn site on your servers?
A: Sure, you can. Would be great if you let us know, if you do, as we will put you on a different IP, so that it doesn’t screw up website rankings for other users who have sites without porn on them.

Q: How quickly will my account get set up?
A: All shared hosting accounts are activated instantly. VPS and Dedicated Server setup usually takes 12-24.

Q: Do you have a one-click installer for Wordpress, etc?
A: Yes, we use Installatron for that purpose.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept PayPal, Skrill (formerly Moneybookers), LibertyReserve, Payza (AlertPay) and Google Checkout. You can also send us cash payment by mail, or use Western Union for larger orders, or if you would like to remain anonymous.

Okey, here is my review.

Been using RMX for 6 months or more idk, its quite long time, and i like this host, even had to say bb to big hostgator. Rmx is good and prices are low as you can see, never had any problems with that. Also owner is really helpful and i like him, friendly, supportive and helpful guy.

Been using also his VPS, and its fast as i needed. Prices are low if you look at other host prices. But low prices doesnt mean low quality just like in this case. Low price high quality

1) We have plans to offer C-Class IPs in the future, so - yes.

2) The IP will show the site is in Lithuania. I am not 100% sure what impact this has on rankings. Have heard that sites with US IP will rank better in US search engines, .co.uk in UK and so on.

What non US controlled domains can you provide with hosting. Something that wouldn't likely get captured for dmca.

I apologize for the downtime. The network is under a DDoS attack and we had engineers on site (and still have a few) to resolve the issues.

We had to null-route all traffic to block the attackers, which also meant that all valid requests got blocked as well until the filters started proper routing.

Their services are very top notch, but i just hope this issue need to be prevented next times as it greatly affected my earning. and not only that some of my top rank keywords in goodle does down because of the download time.. in short I lost some earning.

,a couple hour ago my vps were accessible about 2 hour i believed..and now down again...this is the longest downtime i ever experience ..
rmx need to fix this DDOS issue asap

Everything should be fixed now and we're monitoring the network for any other attempts to take it down.

The attacks started shortly after this BST thread was opened, so I believe we might have stepped on someone's foot.

The million dollar question are you ready to block the next attack?

All attacks are different, but the current filters should mitigate most of it, if anything happens. DDoS is tricky and there is no bulletproof solution against them. Being an offshore host, it is quite common to get attacked in a similar fashion, but then again - we allow most things others don't.

We are looking into this and are currently researching several High-Availability solutions, as we're looking for cross-datacenter solution, which is not easy (and not cheap either) to implement.

A hosting service that advertises it ignores DMCA? Man be prepared for every attack possible. Your clients are going to piss of a lot of people.
