Hi,

I'm looking to consolidate a couple of hosting accounts and maybe run them off a dedicated server.

1. Do you provide the User, Reseller or Admin version of DirectAdmin? I need to give some clients CP access ...
2. I would also like clients to be able to self install WP, Joomla etc. Can you provide a license for Softaculous or something similar?


I currently run the following (no porn or drug sites);

Semi Dedicated Server with around 10 static sites, 3 OpenCart Ecommerce stores (not much traffic) and 7 or 8 WP sites
A VPS with a phpLinDirectory site and a WP Classifieds site (neither have much traffic or take up much HDD space)

3. Which Dedicated server would you recommend? None of my DBs are particularly big so I don't need superfast access.

4. Could you provide a Dedicated Server for the above in Germany?

Hi,

Currently we can only offer dedicated servers in Lithuania. DirectAdmin can be added to the server for additional $6/month and you would have full access to all - admin, reseller and user - areas. Installatron can also be installed for you, but it would be easier for you to get your own license directly from them.

For the above mentioned sites I would recommend the i3 server, as it would be able to handle everything better than the lower specced ones, once you get more traffic to the sites.

Sure. For image hosting you can use shared hosting plans. If you want a torrent search engine, you'll need either a VPS or dedicated server.

hey your you site is down and my dedicated server was down ... this has been so repeated. and this is not good. may you offer some rivets as you have never give that .... I hope you understand this. We pay for your service and by the downtime of the host that causes us to lose some money...... not just any money but an amount.

the same happened to me as well.i asked the live support a question and got the same nice answer as you did.

Did you fix the problems? I need an offshore hosting, but the sceenshot with your live support respond is ridiculous. What is your comment RMX?

Using their support ticket system and you'll get to talk to someone helpful. I tried live support which anyone can access from the main page, upon entering chat I was greeted with the same rep pretending that he did not understand english.

Im from Latvia, and that support seems also from Latvia, please dont get me wrong, not all latvians are like him, this guy in support is just stupid.

Also RMX is gone somewhere and made few stupid things for me as well

Don't know about others, but at least for me everything is working fine.
Also the support(at least ticket support) is really good. Had a issue(made by me, not RMX) and they answered extremely fast and everything is ok now.

What is happening with the SQL servers? It's saying Error estabilishing a connection to the database. I had this before, please fix the problem!
