Looking for a few good articles

Hi All,

I've been wanting to add a few articles to my blog, but I don't have the time to do it myself, so I thought I may as well hire someone from around here.

I do have a few requirements though:


  • I have high expectations, and I'm willing to pay for quality. I will NOT pay for bad quality. Keep this in mind if I choose to work with you. If you think I might not accept your work, rather don't apply.
  • The niche is web design/graphic design, so I want someone who knows either topic well. For example, an article along the lines of "How to create an infographic in Photoshop", or "The top 5 security plugins for Wordpress" would be ideal.
  • I'm looking for creativity. I don't have a specific list of articles I'd like written, so you have a bit of free space here. If there's a particular article you'd like to write, I'd be happy to discuss with you. In short, I want interesting content.
  • I have a budget of around $10/article. They don't need to be long. 300 - 500 words will do. I'm looking for around 5 articles for now.
  • Finally, just to reiterate, I can spot bad grammar and spammy content, so please be sure of yourself before wasting your and my time.

Because this is a blog, you will be given credit and a link to your site, if you wish.

Thanks for the responses guys. I should state that I've recently redone my site from scratch so there is no content on the blog yet. That's why I'm actually buying the articles. I have to start somewhere ;)

Unfortunately, expect such replies to job opportunities whenever you post one in the Hire a Freelancer section. Nonetheless, it's a blessing-in-disguise for employers like you. Now, you can easily separate the wheat from the chaff. You can easily separate the ones who have an eye for details and the ones who don't have.

My rate works out to exactly $10/500 words, and my reviews speak for themselves.

I was getting excited until I saw your budget. How high can your expectations really be if you're only paying $10? Especially given the type of content you're asking for. It's all good and well that you can spot grammar mistakes. It doesn't change the fact that your'e paying 3rd-world rates, and that mostly that's what you're going to get.
 
Natasha Nixon offers SEO articles for $7.50 per 500 words. I can tell you they are superb quality.

Budget is good, you can get good quality 500 word articles for $10. You can check out the marketplace for offers if you want. There are also sites like iwriter where you could specify your requirements and get articles delivered within hours for review.

I'm curious as to how much you would charge for a 300 word article?
