Just how you all were able to get approved for the regular AND the PPC campaign (you have to have the regular ad approval to get PPC approval) faster than just waiting? I remember seeing that someone "called the account manager" or something, and they were approved right then. Any suggestions?
call or email the AM. It's still not clear if you need to be accepted into both CJ and RR campaigns.
