Oldenstylehats issue has made me rethink the value of anonymity on the internet. I'm all for privacy, but there is a difference between anonymity, secrecy, and privacy. By all means keep you secrets to yourself. If you want anonymity, though, don't join this group. All members should agree to respect the privacy of others and not drag them into anything that is ethically questionable, or to out their real identities in public seeing as how some of us are sometimes more blackhat than others. I'm just looking for people I can talk to IRL about IM and SEO. Some online and offline JV's may be possible, and some services/trades/bartering might be arranged. I personally am only available on weekends, but don't care if I'm involved in all meetups. Some alcohol-free meetups might be necessary, too, since not everyone is 21+.
Hahaha sorry to hear you aren't 21 yet...bummer. I would say let's talk about this stuff over a platter of sushi and a sake(guess not) Anyways...Where are you at in Maryland, I always enjoy meeting up with people on the web to talk about marketing and steeling suckers money with our black hat methods..lol
I'm in Baltimore and I'm over 21. Wasn't available for the last meetup but I might be available for another one soon. It'd be better if we can get a lot of people.
I'm in. Just let me know when you guys are meeting up again. I live in White Marsh, MD (5 min from Baltimore).
