How to null Wordpress plugin which need activation?

Ok. I have got really good plugin I wanted to install on my Wordpress.

I found it on someones server, nicely zipped as should be and ready to install on my Wordpress.

The only thing is that if I want plugin to work, after installation I have to activate it by providing the key which I normally receive after buying through the e-mail.

I saw some PHP files inside with lines of the code about activating. I wish I know PHP so I could modify and get automatic activation without even connecting with the plugin server.

Any thoughts?
Does anyone know how to do it?

Go find a plugin that is already nulled, then compare it with the one which isn't nulled. Then use those same steps give or take some code and null the plugin
