Starting with PPC
Hey Hi
I am just a beginner, I have little knowledge with "Html" en "css" , also visuel basic.
My goal is to make 2000 to 3000 euro monthly netto
The time I am willing to spend is 1:30 to 2 hours everyday after school , or atleast 6 times a week, then during vacation 6 hours a day, if nessecary I will be willing to do spend even 8-10 hours. during vacation.
My question is: Is it good if I start designing website on Noteeepad ++, since It will teach you how the code works and everything.
Or Is it beter if I just start with Dreamweeaver or wordpreess coz I don't know, If I have enough Time to reach My goal in time since notepad ++ take a lot more Time to learn than word preeeess and Dreamweeaver.
If you are telling me don't rush. Wel I have My own personel reason to reach My goal in time.
Money that I have in bank is 3000 euro, I am willing to risk 2500, My goal is to make 2000 to 3000 euro monthly netto.
By the Way I have already downloaded Dreamwaver and noteepad ++ both and I have also registered to hostgator and already bought a Domain name.

Re: Starting with PPC
If your in such as rush, why the hell are you talking about dreamweaver and learning to code? you don't need to do that to make money.
Thats why people suggest to take it slow, what niche is your domain name targeting?

Re: Starting with PPC
Mc Bruce Lee,
Panther has a point. Now that content management systems like WP, Joomla, Drupal and others are so popular, it’s not hard to look like a superstar and know almost nothing about programming. I would say if you are in a rush, you should skip those code and text editors all together and just download a theme and some plugins. You will have a professional website in a day.
If you really want to learn code though, I would start off with the notepad option. Dreamweaver is a great program but if you want to learn how languages really work, this will not help you.
Here is a pretty good writeup on how to setup a wordpress site,

Hope that helps you,
Shawn

Re: Starting with PPC
WP can build very nice looking sites easily and has tons templates to chose from. Also, there are a lot of tutorials out there for WP so it is easy to learn. Having little bit of HTML and CSS skills will definitely help if you go that route.
I think taking the knowledge you have now and utilizing the ease of Wordpress will have you up and running very shortly.
