If you are willing to pay for quality traffic, your choice must be Adwords only.

If you want cheap traffic, but non-targeted that much, feel free to go with another networks.

Adwords is tops but the try to kill you with the high cost of clicks these days...geesh. Yeah, if you have some non-competitive niche you may get some fairly affordable traffic, but for competitive niches they are going to dig deeeep into your pockets!

AdWords will cost you tons of money.
All large content websites have switched to content discovery platforms.

Here's the list:

Unless you have product oriented website, save your money and don't go into Adwords or Bing ads...
