Recently I came across a thread about facebook PPC. As much as I remember, it was facebookdude's thread on PPC. He mentioned that direct linking can get the ads disapproved, and the best way to get accepted is to temporarily set a white hat landing page, and once approved, redirect it to the CPA offer.

The thread was started last year, will this still work? Will a blogger blog be a decent landing page?
