if you want to make money you do not need 10 ppc sites, you just need one that is worth spending your time on and that is adsense.

if you want to waste your time and want to have click prices that are 10 times (or more) lower than adsense use the other sites.

sad but true!

Are you going to use all the PPCs on the same site? WOW man, you're great even if you use all 10 on 10 different domains.

It depends on you Niche and Site. For instance if you have a Site about something that is selling very well on Ebay (Collectibles etc.), Ebay Partner Network might be an Option. I make $0.20/click on one of my Sites with them, which isn't really bad.
