Im looking for a very laid back network that will not ban me for forging clicks.

My plan is to get people to click on ads on my site and then they can get the content.

I don't know if this can work or it may be a stupid idea.

I have no experience in PPC what so ever, so please don't be too harsh.

What network wouldn't ban a publisher that is sending fake clicks? The only thing you are doing is screwing the advertiser out of their advertising spend.
