Ok, read and read some more about Fb PPC and finally decided to take a chance and start a campaign. But, apparently Fb won't let me.
Got the pic accepted, got the ad copy accepted and also my landing page, but even after 3 tweeks I still get this message:

I have raised the daily budget and then the bid, I currently over bid the maximum suggested bid and still the same S$#@....

Your CPC bid is too low. The CPC floor for this month has gone up, so completely disregard the Suggestion Bids. On that demo, bid 50c and allow for your CTR to bring down the CPC. As long as you lock in a good CTR, the CPC will go down to reasonable amounts.
