I mean for us using it as Internet Marketers, we wont notice good strategies anymore!? Sometimes all the pop ups are anoying, but at all its better to keep it off... Isnt it? What do u think?

I agree, I am a avid adblock user but now I am considering disabling it so I can can see what strategies other people use. As a noob in this business I think this can be very helpful.

Well obviously the most pertinent thing is to create hooks that get past adblock...either through content lockers/iframe scripts/links on page to e-mail submits.

Adblock is pretty bad for Internet marketers who rely on older techniques, but just like the internet evolves, so must the marketers.

As you answered your own question, naturally seeing ads by other affiliates gives off great ideas. We are marketers, we should know exactly what our competitors are doing. By putting a blind-eye towards your competitors you are only putting yourself at a disadvantage.

Yep, in fact, now I sometimes even complete offers from other marketers just to see what strategies they are using.

I keep my eyes open to new ideas all the time. I'm also in few newsletter mailing list's to see what and how they promote.

Have you tried Popup Domination 3.0? I use it and it is not stopped by my browser in IE, FF, or Chrome.

think about it this way.

the people that don't click on ads use ad blocker, the people that click on ads don't know what ad blocker is.

I agree that adblocker is really killing IM's. Its always wise to use other people's tricks and tools to improvise upon yours.

Far from killing. Adblockers are used by less than 1% of Internet Users.

Considering that a huge majority of people don't even know what a browser is, there is no reason to fret about adblockers.

Throw in some JS if your content is good and people want to access it anyway they will turn off the adblocker

Don't do that, it's useless. People who use adblockers aren't going to click your ads anyway.
