Hoping that it is the right section for my question.

I want to give a try to media buy, specially ad banners, I found this tool: whatrunswhere(dot)com, to make it short it is a Ad Banner spy, and it seems to be pretty good.

So I wanted to know if you have already been using it, your comments, advise, feedback are welcome so that I can know if it is worth the investment ($ 229 monthly)
