I have auto/car insurance realted website and I need quality traffic.
Adwords is too expensive, facebook too (5$~ per click).
What do you suggest me, I've heard about bidverrtiser, anyone using it. Or maybe any other network?

You can use 2nd tier PPC networks like bidvertiser but the quality of traffic would not be that good. I suggest trying Google adword content network campaign- bids would be low whereas quality of traffic can be improved with proper campaign optimization. Try Invideo ads on Youtube- they are dirt cheap.
