I will lke to try facebook advertising for the first time and i believe in so many experst in BHW.
Please I want to know which one is the best for me to use to verify facebook advertising as many use to say that account verified with VCC easily got banned while my country is not even accepted by paypal.
My option of of getting paypal account hanged on registering it in another country , but what will happen if the account is limited by Paypal.
please. I need help from everyone.

You can't add Limited Paypal account as your Facebook "Funding source". The Paypal will give you error that remove your limitation before buying anything.
Many VCC's are banned from Facebook, better to verify Paypal account with VCC and further connect it with your Facebook ads account but remember Paypal account need to be verified and that country got full options of receive, send and withdraw money.
Use Facebook account for ads at least 1-2 months old that seems legit but that account not used before for advertisement purpose (if you're going to use voucher in it because vouchers can only be used for 14 days old ads activated account)
