Is there a PPC affiliate, or some sort of a plugin (for wordpress) that allows you to create those ads that appear between pages (where it says 'skipping within 10 seconds', that way people are forced to see an ad to continue to the next page?

Or possibly a script of some sort that allows you to add a 10 second hover ad over an image/video with a CPC ad? I see this a lot of live sport streamings, and see the inner-page advertising on sites like forbes and ign.com, but can't find HOW to do it.

Actually some ad networks provide that.

I know that Adbrite does. It's under "full page ads". I don't know of a custom script that does this though.
