    Default Outsourceing PPC

I've been slowly building a client base and I now need to outsource some of my PPC campaign management, in particular for Facebook and LeadImpact. My question is, how do I protect my clients from an outsourcee making a stupid mistake and changing a daily budget from $100 per day to $100,000?

Is there some way to give them access to manage the campaigns without any access to the money/budget? I'm hoping some of you have already figured this one out.

    I appreciate any help!

From what I know if you grant access to a GA account to someone there is no way you can exclude the access to budget modifications. It's a all or nothing game. Either you give him permission to modify everything or you just permit him to take a look at the campaign.

IMO there is nothing to worry about. People you outsource to are not that stupid and won't change the budget if you specify this.
A simple way to see if the budget changed is to set an e-mail alert when someone modifies it. You will get an instant message the moment the budget changes.

An experienced PPC manager is not likely to make a mistake in the daily budget, and your client's credit card company would probably question an increased amount as potential fraud and contact them before they would process it.

A mistake from $100 to $100,000 is not going to be approved by the ad network and they probably couldn't deliver that much traffic per day anyway if the demographics for your niche have been selected properly.

Any decent PPC manager should be monitoring click stats and would pause the campaign if the number of clicks seem out of line with the budget and check to see what was wrong.

Generally speaking, the manager needs to be able to adjust the budget. He normally might spend less when testing and then ramp it up once it has been optimized and found to be profitable.

Try giving a standard access to the account via your MCC account.

Google AdWords has different access levels, but he's talking Facebook and LeadImpact.
