Is there any blackhat method of increasing your Face book ad CTR? As you know your CPC is lower if you have a high ctr.

Nope.

There is always improving your ad copy: try to enter a thought or conversation that your targets may be having in their head.

Blackhat method I dont think so but trying a lot of different ad varations might help you choose the best ad.
