Just wondering if there are any legitimate PPC's out there that don't require your SSN, because I am only 17, and you are required to be 18 to use AdSense. I got accepted to AdscendMedia with my age, and that is earning me decent amounts, but that is CPA, not PPC. So, I was wondering if anyone knew of any? Please post them, and if you could also provide proof that they're legit, that'd help a lot!

I'll bump this for you because I'm looking for the same thing. Surely members of a "black hat" SEO site aren't eager to give out their SSNs, I'm sure they have a method.

You simply get an EIN. They are easy to get and you can have one in as little as 10 minutes.

Better yet, they are free!

Could you just create an account saying you are 18? I doubt goolge will check into it and see if your actually of age, the SS# is just for tax purposes. Dont quote me on any of that though.

I know for a fact it is for Tax purposes. So, you have to submit something that submits to taxes, and you don't get taxes until adulthood (18 yr old), so they probably have some automatic detection towards that.

Also, may I ask what an EIN is before I look into them?
