How accurate is prosper202 conversion tracking, anyone having issues?

Just curious, if anyones been using prosper202 and having conversion tracking not matching up with actual sales.

Reason I ask, is I have several conversions, different days showing up on prosper but not at clickbank over 2 different aff products, seperate tracking setup.

Just wondering if I'm getting shaved or it's an error in prosper202 and if anyone else has experienced this.

Setup is at hostgator, subdomain.domain.com and subdomain.domain.com for another, seperate domains
