I read on another thread on this site about the possibility of hijacking google searches for (semi-)well known domain names that no one is is competing for on adwords.
Then an incentive content blocker is put on a landing page which the user arrives at. they then fill out the cpa offer usually a mobile deal or what not, then they get access to the site that they originally were searching for.

1st question: Does anyone know the legality of this?

This is black hat method and I intend to cover my tracks with purchased/activated adwords accounts and also VCC's

2nd question: How can I stay anonymous with my cpa manager I mean the whole a=objective is to make money so The CPA company will need to pay me either by cheque or transfer? Does anyone know how to accept payments whilst keeping anonymity?

make an anonymous paypal account and get paid via paypal.......

Yea I think it was removed. I am trying to replicate results, but things are not looking good. Not many people are clicking through, thus making my quality score drop slowly. Its just my first try though so maybe other domains will work better.

So far $0 though.

OP mentioned that some CPA managers "patted him on the back" for being creative. As for legality, if the name is not copy righted there should be no issues if I am not mistaken. Right?

yes I think so If is not copyrighted shold be not many issue.

Any way You will get a C&D, first, I dont think is a big issue also probabily depends from where you live.

Funneling.

Buy products with your Anon PP, then resell.

Give yourself some "work" on freelance sites. Bonus if you actually do freelance work for good feedback.

Name more ways man. I had always ruled out buying stuff since you have to send it to your home address.
