isnt that just a parked domain...??? its namedrive proprietary template when u park a domain... u can probably easily make it yourself... oh yea... i think you get special ads or something when you make alot through adsense... u can customize them anyway you want... perhaps through another ad network too namedrive has partnered up with... could be a combination of both..
