I have a 30-40% of my traffic - from EU, and other countries, like Latin America, East Europe, Asia. where to convert that traffic? bids of 7search is so low and.... maybe there is ppc networks in german-like languages (Austria, Switzerland) or french, italian, espana etc?

All depends on the type of traffic, if it's targeted, try CPA first, then you can try something PPC like comparison engines and PPC. I guess you don't want to risk with adsense? They pay good.

Huh? AdSense supports a ton of languages, including French, Italian, Spanish, German (Germany, Switzerland, Austria), Russian, Romanian, Serbian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and many others. Why would you not use AdSense for this? AdSense even shows ads according to the IP/nation of the visitor, even if your content is written in another language. So AdSense is always a good choice if you're looking for a way to monetize that type of traffic. I always do so.
