By using this web site, you agree to abide by the following rules.

Failure to abide by these rules could result in your account being banned!

Note: If you wish to sell something on this forum, please read rule #21 and #22 below.

1 – English Only – All posts must be written in English.

2 – Your Account – You are permitted a maximum of one account, active or inactive, regardless of who you are. If you choose to ignore this important restriction, all your accounts will be disabled.

3 – Signatures – You may post a few affiliate links or 1 small banner in your signature. However, do not make it too excessive or annoying. Do not use an overly-large font. We reserve the right to change or rearrange your signature as we see fit.

4 – Behavior – Use common sense and show respect to ALL of your fellow forum members. Do not flame, demoralize or cause irregular problems for anyone on the forum. Any threads that disrupt the general peace will be deleted without warning. Repeat offenders will be issued an infraction or banned as we see fit.

5 – Prohibited Topics – Threads discussing race, religion or politics are not allowed here. These topics only lead to heated debates and almost always disrupt the general peace. If you wish to discuss these topics, please go do it elsewhere.

6 – Profanity & Slander – BlackHatWorld is supposed to be an enjoyable forum. We don't intend to censor messages based on the opinions expressed within posts, but we will enforce the policies outlined both here and on the forum for excessive profanity/slander. Use common sense and keep in mind that we may have youngsters here.

7 – Racial slurs – Racial slurs are not allowed when you are specifically doing it to harass someone. If it's a joke, and no one reports it that they are offended, then it's fine. The English language has lots of good terms that are used in slang, so if you are offended easily, you probably shouldn't be here in the first place.

8 – Nudity – No nudity of minors. Period. I don't care if it's legal in your country. In this country, a minor is considered anyone under the age of 18. No nudity or porn related stuff is allowed in signatures or avatars either. Doing so will result in a temp ban until you change it.

9 – Forum Promotion – You are not allowed to promote other forums here, not even in your signature. I don't care if you own it, your friend owns it, or your grandma owns it. You are not allowed to promote other forums here without permission from Diamond Dave himself (the owner).

10 – Advertising – Absolutely no unpaid advertising is allowed on this forum, outside of your signature. This includes affiliate links. We have an affiliate section setup for this, and if you are caught doing it outside of that specific area that thread/post will be removed and we will issue you an infraction or a ban as we see fit.

11 – Spam – Absolutely no spam of any kind is allowed here. This includes both forum spam and PM spam. If you're caught spamming, you will be permanently banned from this forum. No warnings, no questions asked, no second chances. If you have a great opportunity or product you want to tell people about, stick it into your signature and make real posts.

12 – Reply Spam – Do not post excessive amounts of short replies for the sole purpose of inflating your post count. This includes the infamous “thank you” posts. If you’d like to say “thanks” to someone for their effort/contribution, make use of the Thanks button. That’s what it’s there for.

13 – PM Solicitation – Do not try to sell anything via PM. Do not ask people to PM you for information, only to try to sell it to them after they contact you. If you have something you want to sell on this forum, you MUST use the BST section. If you have an affiliate link you want to share, post it in your signature file and make real posts. If you are caught soliciting via PM, your account will be banned without notice.

14 – The Report Button – If you find a post that looks like it's in direct violation of the forum rules, please report it to us by using the report button (the ! button). There is a report button next to every post. Clicking it will send an email to every Administrator and Moderator informing them of the post's location, so that we can find it and take care of it. This is the best way to fight against spammers or people who are trying to cause trouble. If you just ignore it, it may never get addressed! Reporting a post is completely anonymous; the person you are reporting will not know who reported the post.

15 – The Thanks Button – If you have found the information from another member useful or helpful, please make use of the Thanks button, instead of posting a reply that merely says “thank you". This helps us keep the forum clean and free of clutter. You may also use the Rep button (little scale) to give another user positive or negative rep as you fit, and can include a brief note to the other member. Do not abuse our Thanks or Rep system, doing so will result in a ban.

16 – Credits – At this time, there is no official use for Credits. You earn 10 credits for every post that you make, and you lose 2 credits for every PM that you send.

17 – iTrader – If you do business with another member of the forum, please make use of the iTrader system. A user’s iTrader score is an indication of how “trustworthy” another member is, and will help other members of the forum decide if they should conduct transactions with that member in the future. If you do business with them and it was a positive experience, please indicate as so by leaving positive feedback. If you had a negative experience, please contact an Administrator or Moderator about it ASAP to sort it out. Don't leave negative remarks on iTrader until the situation has been resolved.

18 – Member Downloads – Do not upload any software that is listed in our Prohibited Software List. Doing so could result in a ban! Do not upload any copyrighted material to this site without the expressed permission of the copyright holder. Any copyrighted material should be approved by a member of our staff BEFORE you upload it. All such material will be removed without notice. Do not try to use any sneaky tactics, or provide downloads that contains anything malicious such as Spyware, Adware, Warez, Viruses, Trojans, etc…, as this will only get your account banned. You must explain the download in full detail.

19 – Infractions and Bans – If your actions are enough to warrant an infraction, it will be given at the Administrator’s/Moderator’s discretion. Our Admins & Mods have the right to issue infractions or bans as they see fit. If you receive 3 infractions within a 10–day time period, it will result in a temporary ban. Any further infractions could result in a permanent ban.

20 – Public Forum Complaints – Public posts debating or complaining about our rules, or an Administrator's or Moderator’s enforcement of such rules, will be removed without notice. Repeat offenses can result in an infraction or even a ban. We encourage feedback/suggestions and invite you to use the Feedback section for such things, or simply send a PM to an Administrator or Moderator if you have any questions or concerns.

21 – Freelance / Help Wanted Section – This is the section of the forum where you are allowed to offer or request SERVICES ONLY. No software, scripts, ebooks or money-making methods are to be sold here. If you wish to sell such an item here, you must pay the $20 fee to list it in the Buy/Sell/Trade section.

22 – Buy, Sell, Trade (BST) Section – This is the section of the forum where you are allowed to sell items to members, make a purchase, or make a trade offer. The cost to start a thread in the Buy, Sell, Trade section is $20. If you wish to sell something on this forum, you must have at least one Administrator or Moderator review your product BEFORE it can be sold. If you are selling software, an ebook, a subscription–based product or service, or a money–making method of any kind, you must supply a FULL working version (NO DEMOS) or FULL access to an Administrator or Moderator. If you are not comfortable with this, then you will not be allowed to sell here. This is NON–NEGOTIABLE. You will also be required to provide proof of legitimacy and earnings. If the proof of earnings is unacceptable by the Administrator or Moderator that reviews it, your offer will not be approved.

Warning: Use the BST and Freelance section at your own risk! We are not an arbitration forum, and cannot be held liable or responsible for any damages or losses of any kind that result from the use of this forum, its subsections, its members, or transactions. However, we are interested in any and all scams that take place, and would expect this to be brought to our attention. All claims of fraud must provide solid proof.

23 – Jr. VIP – This is the section of the forum where our advanced users can go to share information that’s out of reach of the search engines, ebay spies, and nosey account managers. In order to gain entrance to the Jr. VIP section, you must be a member for 90 days and make at least 200 posts. You may also gain entrance by donating $25 to the forum, if you’ve already been a member for at least 30 days and have made at least 100 posts.

24 – Executive VIP – This section of the forum is available to our forum’s veterans only. In order to gain entrance to the VIP, you must be a member of the forum for at least 6 months and be nominated by another VIP member. Once nominated, you must then be voted on by all of the other VIP members. You must receive at least 50% of the votes in order to gain access. Votes are held once a month. If you are a loner, or don't play well with others, then don't expect to make it here. If you wish to make into the VIP section one day, your best bet is to make it to the Jr. VIP section first and then stand out by being a helpful and productive member.

25 – The Shitlist – If for some reason you are found to be providing the forum with dishonesty in regards to lying about products, reviews, testimonials, earnings, or anything scammish in nature, you will find yourself in the shitlist. If you find yourself or a product of yours in the shitlist, this is contestable. You must contact an Administrator or Moderator and explain your story. An Administrator or Moderator will contact the parties involved and it will result in one of two things: Either you/it will stay there, or you/it will be cleared. If you do not reply to the shitlist thread, you will stay their and probably receive bashings, so just do yourself a favor and if you think your going to do something shady, then don't do it.
