Regarding BHW Blogs... ?

Can someone from the staff here please give some light on what We could put into our BHW blog?

I am wondering those of us who have a BST here, are we allowed to put some kind of excerpt from our BST as a post in our blog? Ofcourse with a link to the BST itself, not to offsite..

I browsed couple of pages from the "Blogs" link and I am seeing lots of Sales pages there... Those don't even link to a BST thread, but directly to sales site..

Is that allowed?
