[Suggestion] Stickies on the home page

Just an idea. Putting some of the most important posts on the home page, so it's the first thing new users see, and perhaps would reduce the "How can I make money" questions.

Nice thought, but some of the most important stickies need
to be in certain sections as a guideline for how a particular
section works. It would be difficult to generalize enough
to be able put the most important posts all in one place.

Great idea but actually not everyone over here is searching for how to make money online. Its only the newbies and they can use the search button or check out the making money section for the guides and the threads.

Its a good idea, but unfortunately the truth is no matter where you put the rules and stickies and write in enormous red writing, there will always be lazy people who just can't be bothered to read them.. I'm 100% sure there are plenty of noobs joining the forum, and then reading all the rules, stickies, etc..

When I see introduction posts, I often suggest a kindly reminder to read through the rules and stickies of the interested sub-forums.. don't know what more we can do.
