Giveaway Sub Forum

[Untouchable]

I have seen a lot of Giveaways like likes, tweets, wiki blasts and other stuff. I think a subforum for giveaways would make things more organised. Also, I think the subforum should have a access limit like. 20 rep or at least 3 months member. What do you guys think?
