i have seo services want to sell , but i have permanent infraction so i can't
submit sale threads , if buy Donor status can i sell my services by banner
in my signature if i don't have approved sale thread ? or this against the rules ?
if yes i can , can i pm one of the mods to review it and put his review in my signature ?
