Whats the go with the warning ?

Just got the following warning when trying to start a thread and am unsure if it went to a moderation que or was an error in which I had to fix before proceeding, If it went a moderation then I need to apologise for resubmitting several times but if it was an error then I am still at a loss.


Suggestion: Update the text so it is clear
