PM interval increased?

Tried to send a pm and got this

This forum requires that you wait 63 seconds between sending private messages. Please try again in 118 seconds.

Beside the fact that the message doesn't look logical (unless the 63 number is hard coded) but why did did this interval increase making it silly to reply to like 6 pms from customers in short time?

I understand that pm spam is an issue in big forums specially IM forums but it doesn't make sense when the measures taken to avoid it kill the workflow of the real users.

Would someone please look into this? Thanks in advance.

This is the spam check.

When someone tries to send a lot of PM's, post a lot and make a lot of searches in a short duration, it is activated.

Sup , sometimes happens with me too , but not every time .
