Can't put a signature, and can't choose a custom avatar

hey guys, I have this strange problem ...
1st of all I can't put a signature. Since the sig option is nowhere to be found
Also I can only choose from predefined avatars, and can't upload the avatar I want ...

Is it because I am a very recent member?

IMO Pm'ing a mod is the best option ,

You need to be a member for 30 days and have 50 quality posts. To create a sig with a link you have to be a donating member.

5. SIGNATURES.

You must be a member of the forum for 30 days and have 50 quality posts before you will be allowed to use a signature on this forum. In order to use links or images in your signature, you must be a "Donor." You may post 2-3 affiliate links or 1 SMALL banner in your signature. Do not use a font size larger than 2, crazy fonts/colors, sound clips, excessive smileys, or anything else annoying.

I can't add a signature either, and I should be able to according to the FAQ. Is there someone I should message? Or if a mod sees this, please fix?

I see people putting addresses ALL the time who aren't donor members. It just isn't a working link. And it should not matter why I want to use one. I am supposed to be able to post one (same with custom ava I believe?) and can NOT do either.

Could someone actually answer my question. Who should I message? Mod? Admin?
