I am not receiving Emails for the thread I have subscribed or if I receive any PM

Hi BHW Mods and Admins,

I am not receiving any emails for the replies on subscribed thread or if I get any PM. I can received all these emails till 19th November but after it I can not.

Please let me know about the problem.

I have checked with my User CP and all it ok. Checked the box Receive Email Notification of New Private Messages in my User CP but till yet, I can not get any email.

Waiting for the response from BHW team.

You can try white listing BHW email and see if it works? Also please check if you are subscribed to threads for weekly updates or daily.

I have already white list BHW email id as I say I am receiving all mails in my inbox till 19th November but after it I can not receive any more emails

Yes, I am using Gmail id. so you are getting that same error

It is not working for me either and it used to work. I am using yahoo. Probably messageboard issue

Same here, use gmail and no notification emails. Just logged to find a ton of pms.
