Allow group buys?

Hello,

Would it be possible for clarification on why group buys are not allowed? I saw a lot of people asking, did a few searches, but didn't really come up with a concrete reason.

This seems like it would only benefit the community.

Sure, there would be risk, but a little creative thinking could help resolve much of that issue, without even requiring anything additional be done by BHW.

The people are here, they're interested, they understand it's at their own risk. A Group Buys section would probably be a pretty popular section of the BHW forums. Or at least allowing us to organize small groups within threads when members are interested without worrying or wondering about reprisal.

Would a petition help? Is anyone else interested?

Either way, thanks for any clarification, whoever answers this question - and especially if you give it some thought for the community members here.

problem is and ive had it done to me myself
u can ask a person if there group bying and 99% wont
admit it. group buy problem lies in the fact, say if u sell a
service for 50$ per person signup - now imagine its your service
if everyone did group buys u would be lucky to make 200$ because
everyone would band together pool a $ each, now your not supporting
4 people at 4x50 your supporting 200 people at 1$ each. u get me
your working for nothing while they reap the rewards.
i see keep group buys of bhw or it will only encourage it
