More than 1 username per company?

Is it against the TOS to have more than 1 account for a company? One of my business partners wants to have an account on BHW, but we wanted to make sure that it was ok. We both work out of the same office (i.e same IP).

I obviously do not want to break any rules

I have seen more the one people answering for same sales thread. That seems to me one id for one person is okey but I am not sure. I also want to know is it okey or not!

In some thread false id is making reply to bump it up. U know lots of spammers here and doing BlackHat with bhw. I want to know does bhw allow that or they will be banned?
