There is a bug in the New Posts feature.

I have just discovered a bug. If I click "New Posts" twice within 15 seconds I get a warning that I have to wait X amount of seconds but X is no longer counting down and I can never get back to the New Posts page. The only way to reset it is to log out and back in and then there are no more threads in New Posts until someone posts a new reply. Here is a video I made of the problem:

It is set to stop the bots. you have wait x amount of time between posts. it is not a bug.
