I paid for the JR VIP so i would have access to OTHER areas, like the Craigslist Section you use to have - how do i find it? please help.

You need 100 posts to join Jr VIP. Since you didn't have 100 posts when you made the donation, you just get donor status and that cool pink color. You also get some signature privileges and maybe a bigger PM box.

since you donated before having the requirement your account became a donor account instead. Donor and jrvip and two different things... maybe you should have read the requirements before doing it.
