How and where do I pay the $30 listing fee for the Buy, Sell, Trade section of the forum?

Hi, I want to post a listing in the Buy, Sell, Trade section and it says that there is a $30 listing fee to do that... I emailed the site admins but so far have not gotten a response... my question is, does anybody know how and where I can pay this $30 listing fee?!

Sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong thread, this is the closest thread to my question.

You just can't register one day and list a service. For starters, check the recently revised rules for this section. And you need to be a donar to list services.

You have to be a donor first, then you create your sales thread, then the mods will let you know if it's been approved, then you pay
