I meet criteria but still cant upload custom avatar?

Hey guys well the title says it all really.

Ive read the FAQ and I qualify to have a custom avatar but I cannot.
Can anyone help me out on how to do this?

I have noticed a thread like this a few weeks ago too. I am not sure the answer. I am 2 days away from 60 days here and have well over all the other criteria here for a registered member to upload an avatar as well. I am curious if maybe they changed it from 30 days to 60 days and just haven't updated the faq yet. I will let you know in 2 days I guess lol

Yeah I have come across a couple of posts that have been waiting longer than 60 days for it to happen but still nothing........

This is the only thing stated in the Terms of Use... I can't find about avatar.

Yeah that would be great but not sure if the will. I mean if I could figure it out on my own I would but theres not even an option to upload my own avatar.
