Take this image for example:
As you can see in this image, Abstroose is jr. vip and his name/date is blue. However, the dates of all the people after him are also blue even though they are not jr. vip. This is the same for all different colors of names, e.g. blackrat, robasi, tymillz, etc...
I think this can be easily fixed by adding a simple [/color] tag or something in the design of the forum.
