where can i complain to mod? one guy here scammed me .he took money but did not deliver service.its very bad.bhw is my favorite forum of all and i believe this one than any other.but scammers here also exist.

I think you can either PM a mod or start a thread in the shit list or if you wish to go a step further then maybe better do those both...

I know some chaps above me have already stolen my words before I could get any chance to think of any words in the first place, nevertheless, I suppose, I have taken my chance to express my thought

ok .he took money from from me for scrapebox comment and said he will deliver comments in one day.but after paying him he never replied to my pm's or email.he also scammed other members here .see in this thread

so i request the mod to please do not allow this guy to access the forum to avoid further damages to the members here .luckily i paid only half money for scrapebox comments.
