Make a Craigslist Poster Section
I think this site in the past had it, I don't see it anymore..
But you should definitely make a subcategory under Craigslist (or at least under Services for Hire) so Craigslist Posters can post their services.
A specific spot where all these threads can be found together of current posters offering their service.
They should be required to post their section they're advertising for in the title - Service, Free, Sales, Real Estate, whatever.
There's a sticky from Zen19 on the CL forum:
[On people posting threads like "I can post for you."]
Users should be aware that the vast majority of cretins with only a few posts to their name, who reply to threads requesting post help are scammers.
Similarly, we take a very dim view of members posting threads similar to 'I need a poster PM me'. Don't do it.
Well, I'm sure there are threads posted daily for someone looking for a poster. It is a service that's needed.
I understand it could be harder to monitor, in the past I recall you'd charge like $10 or $20 to post a service for sale. For CL posters I'd make it renewable monthly.
All threads get deleted after their month is up with and if they renew they can simply add a reference list of the VIPS in the post of the members they did the trail runs for the first time around.

Re: Make a Craigslist Poster Section
One more suggestion in the titles, where I mentioned stating the section, they should be allowed only 1 section per paid thread.
Ex. If member X states they do: Free, Personals, Service, Real Estate, All
I'm sure posting in Free or personals, etc is EASIER then SERVICE.
Another alternative the harder sections like SERVICE need their own paid separately threads. The easier sections they can lump together in one paid thread.
