password request/reset not working for ages now

i have an account from 2009 that i haven't been able to log into for probably a year now, and i would really like to use that one (werrich) instead of starting out like a noob all over again. with this noob account i can't even reply to anyone to help them out, it's ridiculous.
anyway, i've submitted numerous forgotten pwd requests and never get the return email. it's been far too many months now with the same problem. my email is valid and correct for the werrich account. can a mod or someone with some power pls help already? i can't message anyone with this noob account, clearly. many thanks.

hmm, i've reset my password recently without any problems. If you're sure the email is correct, would it be locked or banned for any reason

positive everything is still cool/legit. i even looked up my old name's posts. not banned. odd thing is, i get other emails from bhw but never the pwd request ones.
