Use SEARCH or lose credits

This may not be the sharing caring forum way but if we can earn credits for doing good should we not lose credits for doing bad.

Examples would be not using the search function. If you ask for something and it already exists and is easily found with a search ***BAM*** you lose some credits.

Other examples could be flaming, racists remarks, continual shitty posts, etc.

I believe this may help boost post quality. The credit system has already improved quality in this regard.

So if we have the carrot why not have the stick aswell???

Thanks for your Comment and suggestion. Once I have time to redo the navigation it will feature the "Search box" right at the top left hand corner for easy access which will improve things even more. People are lazy and won't search unless the box is right under there nose.
