UserCP Grinding to a Hault After Posting Services Thread

I just posted a thread in the Services section and was about to contact one of the mods to review it, but anything having to do with private messaging or accessing my UserCP is just grinding to a standstill suddenly.

I can't even get a PM open to contact a mod to review my thread.

EDIT: Seems to have resolved itself after 45 minutes of posting the thread.
